We greatly appreciated Alan’s tenacity, ambition, work ethic and pleasant personally to help us getting our property sold.  He also helped on the closing of our house with the closing agent and it was very much appreciated. Alan also looked over the Closing Papers for our new home, which gave us a peace of mind that everything was correct.
